By accessing or using the LicenseIQ website, mobile experience, and prelicensing education platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use the Service.

These terms apply to all visitors, prospective students, enrolled candidates, and recipients of our SMS or email communications.

LicenseIQ provides insurance prelicensing education, exam preparation materials, recruiting, staffing, and candidate placement services. Our offerings include structured chapter lessons, instructor video modules, practice question banks, diagnostic and state practice exams, vocabulary flashcards, an AI tutor, and optional educational guidance on licensing, contracting, and client conversation practice.

Course materials, practice diagnostics, and state outlines are aligned with state Department of Insurance exam blueprints. LicenseIQ is an educational provider; completing our program does not guarantee passage of any state exam or issuance of any license.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into contracts to enroll. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on any LicenseIQ form, you expressly agree to receive conversational, transactional, and marketing text messages (SMS/MMS) from LicenseIQ at the telephone number you provided. These messages may include course access details, study reminders, support replies, and promotional offers.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. To request assistance, reply HELP. You may also opt out by contacting us at the details in the Contact section below. After opting out, you may still receive non-marketing, transactional messages required to fulfill a service you requested.

Course pricing is displayed on the LicenseIQ landing page at the time of enrollment. Payment is processed before access is granted, with delivery path and access details shown before payment.

Financing options may be available at checkout where offered. Any financing is governed by the separate terms of the financing provider. LicenseIQ reserves the right to change pricing; changes do not affect already-purchased enrollments.

Refund eligibility depends on course progress and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be submitted in writing to our support contact. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within a reasonable processing window.

Access may be revoked and refunds denied where significant course progress, certificate issuance, or exam attempt has occurred, or where abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms is identified.

All content on the Service — including lessons, videos, questions, flashcards, text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by LicenseIQ or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly display any content without prior written permission.

A single, personal, non-transferable license to access the materials is granted to enrolled candidates for the purpose of exam preparation.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: sharing account access, attempting to reverse-engineer or scrape content, introducing malware, interfering with security, violating applicable laws, or using the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." LicenseIQ makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted or error-free access, or that course materials will guarantee exam passage or employment outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LicenseIQ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, income, or opportunity arising from use of the Service.

LicenseIQ may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
